How Can I Pay?

We are currently accepting BitCoin, Bank Transfer, and Western Union as payment methods at this time. We are also accepting other altcoins (see this post for a list of altcoins that we accept). We do NOT accept payment methods such as PayPal, Visa cards or cash upon delivery.

Unregistered – We do NOT provide a tracking number for our unregistered orders.

Where do we ship?

We do not ship outside of the EU. We only ship to the following EU countries:

We have no product restrictions on any of the above countries. If your country is listed above, you can order any product from our store.

What shipping methods do we offer?

Unregistered Mail: We no longer offer this shipping method.

DHL: The estimated delivery time is 2-5 Days. This shipping method is available to most countries.

POSTNL: The estimated delivery time is 5-7 Days. This shipping method is only available to The Netherlands.

Where do we ship our products from?

We are currently shipping our products from within Europe

Will I need to sign for my order?

If you have selected ‘unregistered’ as a shipping method, you will NOT need to sign for your order. If your order have selected ‘DHL’ or ‘POSTNL’ as a shipping method, you will need to sign for your order upon delivery.

Do we experience any issues with customs?

We do not experience any issues with customs. Our products are shipped out very discreetly. We also have measures in place to avoid this from happening, such as offering restricted products to specific countries where our products are illegal. However, please note that with the nature of our products, there is always a very small risk of customs intercepting an order until it is cleared for release.

What is covered by our re-shipment/refund policy?

Our re-shipment/refund policy includes our DHL orders. We are unable to re-ship or refund orders that have been placed via unregistered and POSTNL. However, please contact us on our helpdesk ( eurochems.net/contact) and we will investigate this further for you.

Where is my tracking number?

We send out emails with our tracking numbers at the end of everyday. You can expect an email within a few hours.

What happens if my order has NOT been delivered?

If you have not received your order, please contact us at our helpdesk (eurochems.net/contact). Please note:

If your order had been placed with unregistered as a shipping method, we will not be able to compensate this order- the only exception would be for a customer with a good order history.

If your order has been shipped using ‘POSTNL’ or ‘DHL’ as a shipping method, then we will be able to re-ship or compensate this order in the event of the order not being delivered.
