1. Secure Payment Options
We prioritize security and anonymity for our clients. We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC) and various Altcoins (Ripple, etc.).
- Traditional: Direct Bank Transfer and Western Union.
Note: We do NOT accept PayPal, Credit/Debit cards directly, or Cash on Delivery (COD).
2. Shipping Methods & Speed
We ship exclusively from within Europe to ensure high delivery success rates and fast transit times.

Our “Stealth” Protocol
Privacy is our top priority. All products are shipped in plain, vacuum-sealed packaging with no mention of EuroChems or the contents on the exterior. We utilize specific measures to bypass customs interference, resulting in an exceptionally low seizure rate.
3. Where We Ship
We ship to the following EU countries. If your country is listed, we have no product restrictions for your location:

4. Reshipment & Refund Policy
We stand by our delivery service for all tracked orders.
- DHL & PostNL: Fully covered. If your order is lost or intercepted, we offer a full re-shipment or compensation.
- Unregistered Mail: Since we no longer offer this as a standard option, legacy unregistered orders are generally not eligible for reshipment (except for established customers with high order history).

Tracking FAQ
When will I get my tracking number? Tracking codes are emailed automatically at the end of every business day. Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received it within 24 hours.
