Website Downtime 

Over the last few days the website has been down, and up, and down again. 

The reason for this was due to upgrades and issues caused by upgrades (PHP version, security patches, module updates etc.)

It's the first time in two years we have ever had a backlog, albeit a small backlog (like one day).  

But alas, everything is updated and we back up and running as per usual, the backlog has been cleared today and we are back up and running as per usual.
